We did have an issue with Gorman Mechanical and after quite a few unanswered phone calls and not getting too far, I posted reviews and got an immediate call from David. He was very nice to talk to and did take care of things. I hate that it had to go this far, but we were eventually heard and the problem was corrected in some way. It is a shame that our tenants were left without AC for a very long time, but I do appreciate them helping and only hope that they can use the situation to make their company better.

They just put in a new system for us and they were excellent! On time, very professional, explained everything and were very nice. Couldn’t be happier.

Just had the most amazing experience EVER with the Gorman Mechanical company. The tech, Jason, was super helpful and the installers were equally as great. No complaints with the financial aspect. Jason came out on schedule. I requested a new unit. The installers were out within an hour and by late afternoon I had a new a/c-heating unit! I am overly pleased with the service I received from the Gorman Mechanical company. I highly recommend them. If you are in need of a/c services, you will not be disappointed you called them. Thanks Gorman, Jason, and the installers. Super great job!!! I now have a new a/c company for life. :)

From the time of my initial contact with the company down to the technician guy at my house i was truly impressed. Jennifer was really nice. I really enjoyed david the repair guy and the knowledge he shared. Gorman is definately the way to go.
