Richard and Patrica have a great family owned business...I trust them completely to do quality work at an affordable price! I love doing business with a local business that I can trust!

My husband has been going to Garcias for years. He has never had an issue. They do great work.

The previous reviewer was never a customer of ours. We know exactly who she is and it was not her we were dealing with on this truck. Unfortunately her husband or boyfriend or what ever he is, never talked to us personally. The parts that we took off the truck are still here in our shop for them to pick up. We never took the transmission apart. This lady also contacted the Better Business Bureau which shows the complaint resolved and we still have an A+ rating. The truck they just bought had multiple problems and suddenly it became our fault they bought a truck that had issues.

We recently brought our vehicle in to be worked on. We were told specifically what they thought was wrong with it and 2 days later after not hearing from the shop but still seeing the truck in the workshop, we stopped by to find out what was taking so long. We were told that the transmission was essentially in bad shape, but they still put it back in the truck instead of calling us and asking if we wanted it replaced or not. Richard Garcia, the owner, started cursing at us on the phone and said he was done working on it and we could come pick it up, it was ready. As we drove to pick the truck up we saw him and another mechanic feverishly working on it, even though we were told it was already finished. Garcia told us he would not charge us as we would need the money to fix it. We drove the truck home in much worse condition than when we brough it in. 3 other mechanics within the area confirmed our suspicion that Garcia had tampered with the truck in a vengeful manner that will end up co
