I went to Arby's and had a great customer service experience and they even greeted me when I walked in. The food was excellent. I Love Arby's in Azle.

Server was very rude, Manager was rude, uniforms and hair are dirty. They proceeded to call me rude after I refused to take their unprofessional attitude. I will never return....too bad, I like the Reuben.

The Azle Arby's has the worst service! Always understaffed, if they answer the phone they are just rude. They need new management! someone who cares about the company. Before they go under. I've been the only one in line and waited 15 to 20 min a couple times, I love the food, but we won't be going to that one again

manager needs to work on people skills and learn to respect the elderly and the disabled and the public in general. second bad experience in a month I doubt she could manage a lunch box.so sad
