Provided by YP.comWhat did the property managment group actually do for me? I find out from a neighbor that the renters I leased the house to weren't even living there, instead it was five other people. The people living there bailed after 7 months and the management group left a notice of abandonment letter on my front porch.....for three months. letting the world know my place was empty. I returned for a visit to my property to find it had been vandalized. The yard in terrible shape, overgrown. They changed the locks without my knowing it, and charged me for that inconvienience. Bottom line, It seems like they weren't managing my property, they were managing my rent check.
Not sure if I understand the comment posted on this site, but Trinity Debt Management Services is not a Property Management Company. The post is misleading and fraudulent. This is a reputable company and very well customer oriented.
