BEWARE - NOT RELIABLE AND OVERCHARGE! Me and my boyfriend used this company in December 2018 on a Saturday. They were supposed to show up between 8-9 a.m. I got a call from Cory about 15 minutes before 9a telling me the truck had broken down but they were fixing it. At 12:00p he calls and says they have to reschedule. I said, “tomorrow?” and he says “no, Monday”! First off, we work during the week, and secondly, we counted on them to be there. I told Cory that I needed them to come “today, no matter what time” (I practically begged really). He asked how late they could come, and I said, “even if it’s 9:00 at night, but I have to move this weekend”. He calls at 7:00p and says they’re on their way; 8:00p rolls around and still no movers. I call and they’re still on their way. They showed up at 8:45 p.m. and finished at 1:00 in the morning! The other mover kept stopping and talking to me and my boyfriend. That wasted about 30-45 minutes of moving time. They were there about one hour over what they’d quoted me and charged us an extra $150 for the extra hour! If they had any chance to redeem themselves, or cared about their customers they should have waived the extra hour charge (and remember, over a half hour was wasted by the second mover talking to us). Cory said that they’d mail us a Red Lobster gift card for the inconvenience (yay). We have yet to receive the card, and we’re sure we never will. So the move was an absolute fiasco and I do not recommend this company at all. We were so exhausted at the end of it all, we had no “fight” left in us, so we just paid the bill and were happy to see them go. They dinged some of our furniture, and although boxes were marked by room, they just put them down anywhere, so pots and pans were in a bedroom, clothes were in the living room, etc. It was the most stressful move I’ve ever had, and they are by far the worst moving company I have ever used. I’m going to report them to the BBB as well. Don’t use this company!
