HORRIBLE Experience at the Avondale, AZ location. VERY RUDE receptionist Irene W. and other Unpleasant staff. I did not stay due to a 3 hour wait, and a full (25+ people) SICK waiting room. The two ladies argued with me loudly about - myself wanting my twins that were NOT sick to go out into my car with the other adult I had with me, while I sat inside to wait with my baby who I brought in to be seen. They told me NO! and that if anyone in my party left the waiting room that I would be removed from the waiting list....The staff was coughing and had red runny noses as well. the Manager Jamilia K. was a gem....I said I was going to give a complaint and wanted corporates phone number and they said "go ahead, it's fine" Like this type of thing happens often.



Wow - How do these places stay in business take peoples money ($150 out of pocket) and sleep at night???



My daughter was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and needless to say I took her AWAY from that PIT.... and will NEVER be back unless they clean up their employees. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want a HORRIBLE experience!
