I have wrote to des I had a qoustion if you have received any mail from Tiffany Daniel.

The only reason there is one star is because you have to put at least one star to write a review. Unless you know an extention to someone who works here you will never talk to a real person. I am in a situation were I am going to be homeless and forced to live in my as of tomorrow and I just wanted some advice, after calling 10 time I gave up because I would wait and go though the menu only to wait again threw 8 rings only to be hung up on every time without fail...

I have never in my whole life had such a rude and sarcastic person to answer the phone at the DES as I had today. My husband had added myself and son to his case two months ago also have dropped off everything they have requested twice and faxed info too. to this day they still don't seem to have what they asked for so they say. I got hung up on from the gal on the phone. That really upset me and I feel all I am getting is a total runaround and treated as a less than. THIS IS NOT FAIR OR RIGHT AT ALL.
