Be very careful if you decide to have Edgewood Landscape install plants because they dont stand behind their work. Get EVERYTHING in writing. Furthermore, once you tell them you have a problem, they wont return your calls.We had Edgewood plant 5 large Sabal palms in January. Even though we watered them faithfully as instructed, the top of one of the trees turned brown after only 4 weeks. When I contacted Edgewood, they said they would send someone out to look at it. If it was indeed dead, they initially indicated they would replace it.Then came the run-around. No one came to look at the tree, and no one returned my calls. Finally, after a month, someone came out, agreed the tree was dead, and then denied they ever said they would replace it because they said never give a warranty. I didnt expect them to guarantee the tree for a whole year, but I think it should have lasted more than 3 or 4 weeks.Not only did we lose the cost of the tree, now we have to pay someone to take it out. When I asked Edgewood to how much they would charge to remove the dead tree, they said they would get back to me, but never did.
