Very unprofessional and will never get my Business. They easily just lost at least 15,000 from me. I just had a house built in North Ridgeville and saw they did some wok on my neighbors house. They was standing by their truck and I stopped to ask a question about the tree berm they did for my neighbor and the guy acted as if I was bothering him. After repeating my self several times he finally said without a pleasant tone. The prices are different. Okay. So I am right down the street can you give me a quote? Silence! Okay do you have a card. No! Then I was told to look them up and contact them. Wtf really. Your that busy. I just paid well over 300k for my house. I need a yard installed, concrete driveway widened, patio install and a pergola built. I make 17k a month and could not get 2min of there time. Black people spend money also. I will make sure I tell everyone I know! Not cool! And they drove by me as they left!

Do NOT use this company. No communication as to when they would show up. When they finally did, the crew was inexperienced and rude. They destroyed my existing landscaping, used no protective tarps or dropcloths when they trimmed, did no weeding even though the contract specified it, brought the wrong mulch and spread it so thinly that dirt can be seen through it everywhere. They trimmed bushes directly around my pond without covering it, getting all the detritus into it. They also mulched around my pond even though I had stone around it. The detritus they got into it shut down my skimmer and almost broke the pump. They left and did not tell me each day when they would be back, leaving all of my existing decorative elements all over the place. Finally, they keep sending me a bill, even though I am not satisfied and the job is not done: several bushes were left untrimmed, no weeding was done, some beds still are unmulched and unstoned, and I had to reset my decor. They even charged me for cleaning out the pond! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They will not even return my calls or letters to resolve this disputed bill.
