I took a sweater coat to be dry cleaned there and they had it done by the end of the day. I liked that they sent me an e-mail to notify me it was ready for pickup.

They were supposed to try to stretch it but they forgot to do it so I had to make another trip to drop it off and pick it up. The store had contacted me to tell me they had forgot to stretch it. If I had noticed it when I picked it up, I would have only made one extra trip.

The people I talked to on the phone and in the store apologized for forgetting to do it. The clerk who waited on me kept asking me questions to make sure I was pleased with how she stretched the sweater out.

The staff was customer service oriented and they were nice.

That did a poor job starching my shirts and jeans. And charged an arm and a leg.
