This business is top notch in computer service. I found then about 2-3 years ago, prior to that, my computer was in the shop every 6 month. They did their "magic" and now I only need to take it in yearly for a "tune-up" . Their fair pricing and a quick turn around time is impressive. I am a highly satisfied customer.

The only place to go for your PC needs! After a catastrophic crash of my desktop Tim and Phil went above and beyond to get me up and running. When it became apparent that replacing my 1st Gen iCore-7 was needed, they offered numerous options to fit my needs. To stay within my price-point and get the best bang for the buck, they re-used my good 1000W power supply, blu-ray payer, card reader, and 2 1Tb hard drives allowing me to stay in budget but get the upgraded processor and 32g RAM I was looking for. As this had critical business files...they instantly jumped into action that same day. These guys know how to create customer value!



As they are a small business and do not get the big volume discounts big box stores may get, I was very pleased to see their reasonable pricing. Great service...great prices...I am one highly satisfied customer!

Truly a standout with the service and prices. I've brought them desktops & laptops to be repaired, and also had a couple new ones built. I've never been anything but completely thrilled by how great a job they do. I've recommended them to several friends and relatives, and we all are happy to have found such a good business.

Came in looking for some PC parts and ended up having a fully working gaming computer. They had just about everything I was looking for and were also able to put it together very quickly while also my own case that I brought in. All of the staff there were very friendly and well informed they have a good stock of parts. I'll definitely come back here if I need anything or want to do any upgrades. I highly recommend them especially over the big chain places.

Pc-Com has been a family business on the west side of Indianapolis for a long time.. They built Computer for my wife in 1986 and we have continued to come back and have always been satisfied with their support. Ana, Phil, and Tim have always been very helpful and so with the vanishing of XP support at hand we did ask them to custom build us two new PCs that features one internal Storage Craft Destop 5.0 w/1year update. to insure that our snapshots of data and operating systems can be easily restored.

This is the very best computer building and repair service I have ever had any dealings with. I have a business and they keep my computers going. They are very consumer friendly. Very knowledgeable and efficient. They are very competitive with their prices and have quick turnaround. I have recommended them to several friends and relatives. Some have driven over 25 miles to use them because they are trustworthy and will not do anything that does not to be done, however do what needs to be done and guarantee their work.
