Their motto "No Auction too Large" in our opinion is a joke. Because of their lack of planning, they completed an obvious 2 day sale in 1 day costing the seller (our mother) a CONSIDERABLE sum of money after we had suggested having the sale in 2 increments. Then trying to defend themselves saying "there's only a 4-5 hour buyer interest period". Hoping to list the realestate - they gave contents of entire rooms and outbuildings away in an attempt to get the house cleaned out. They had ample opportunity to survey the situation to determine timing. We should have been able to count on their experience & professional advice --that is what they were getting paid for. What we witnessed was greed and disorganization. We have family members who have been in the auction business for many years (unfortunately located out of the area) and assumed the same level of integrity & service. We were grossly mistaken and witnessed only their greed and interest in making a buck, not to do what was in the best interest of the customer. If you are considering this service I advise you to shop around -you can do better - MUCH better.
