Notably good service experience

A beautifully crafted non-profit theatre that donates it's time to sharing the arts with children and the community.I saw a Jim Brickman concert here and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had tickets to a show and missed it by 10 mins and they let me change tickets to the next showing. A beautiful place on a hill overlooking the hill country scenery. The theatre looks like something stolen from the italian countryside. Good place to see a concert in an intimate setting.

AN AWESOME LISTENING EXPERIENCE

I live in Dallas but at every opportunity, I do drive down to Austin for a concert at this wonderful, wonderful theatre. It's small and intimate and perfect for 'those' kind of acts. The setting is old world with cushy velvet seats and hardwood floors. Tickets aren't expensive but be warned about their parking. There really isn't any. I ended up parking in the bushes. Plus, it's a pretty drive out to this theatre right around sunset. A good reason to move to Austin!!
