I was deeply disappointed in this company. I recently remodeled two bathrooms. I chose to have them handle the valve work, but used another plumber to complete the trim/finish out because I felt given the simplicity of the finish out work that I was not going to pay $100/hr. I don't recall being warned about the warranty being voided if I chose to do this. Once the project was completed, it was discovered that the cartridge in one of my showers was installed improperly and the hot and cold settings were reversed (silly mistake). I called the company to have them come out and correct. They told me that I would be charged because they didn’t handle the trim work and if they had, they would have checked it. It seems ridiculous! It’s clear the cartridge was installed wrong on their watch, but they want to void their warranty because someone else put on the handle and they didn’t make enough money on me! The most egregious thing, however, is the way I was talked to by a manager. He was very unprofessional in his tone and accused me of taking advantage of them and trying to get something for nothing then cut me off. I think it's shameful how I was treated.
