Today June 20th, 2015 around 2:30 pm my mother needed help went to go ask for help to Esther an old lady in her 60/70s very short hair light brown she was very rude totally ignored my mother, she just had a short simple question and Esther your employee kept walking ignoring my mother veey angry at this. Pmease speak with her

Went to Walmart located at 1030 Norwood Park Blvd Austin, TX 78753 to buy a tire from austomotive because our tire popped on the IH 35 on July 3rd. Husband runs across the access road to get to the wal mart, gets there explains to the MANAGER that my wife and kids are stuck on the side of the highway and that there is a gentlemen in the process of removing the tire to bring it to automotive if they can just put a new tire on the rim. The manager tells him well he better hurry up because were about to close. In the end the gentelmen who volunteered makes it there at 6:55pm with the damaged tire and the manager had the nerve to ask the "EMPLOYEE" can we still change this tire, the employee then asks the manager what time is it he says 6:55 then the employee says "Na we cant". This is the sad part, they couldnt help us by putting on the tire for us by they had enough time to sell us a wrong tire to be used as a doughnut and come to find out, it wat a tire for a tractor. Just imagine if that tire were to fit on there me and my kids would have been in danger because it would have flew off. Your employees rather put a family in danger all for them to get off of work a few minutes early. Bravo Walmart for the worst customer experience! They dont deserve even the one star rating the only reason its on there is because I had to make a selection.

I love shopping at WalMart, just Not this location. All the employees are rude, and not willing to lend a hand if you have a question. Im taking my money elsewhere.

I LOVE WALMART IT IS VERY ECONOMIC & CONVIENIENT . I CAN EXPECT GREAT SERVICE AND LOW PRICES ON ALL THEIR PRODUCTS AND FOOD ITEMS. THE TOP ADVANTAGE OF THE COMPANY IS IT OPEN 24 HOURS SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.
