I love VC! I drive 90 miles to get my hair cut and styled. Sylvestor is the best! I won't go anywhere else!

This is the worst hair cut of my life. For real a terrible cut, not an exaggeration. I had long hair before I went in, told her she could cut 3 inches off and she took off more than 7 from the longest layer, Literally! She made horrible thin layers that look like they go strait across my head. One layer is several inches above the last layer and it looks crooked and thin. It was done so poorly I now have to cut my hair shoulder length to undo the terrible cut she did. I have been growing my hair out for several years and it reached the top of my behind. If I had known I would have short hair I would have donated it and felt excited about the change. I'm so incredibly disappointed that my long hair was hacked so awful today. I am in disbelief that it happened. This is not what I asked for, She did exactly what I didn't want. I seriously don't understand how someone could create such bad layers, and cut so much from the length. I just feel so awful about the whole thing. I will NEVER go back there and I've been going there since around 1996. She wasn't even the lowest stylist there. Seriously this is real, if you have long hair do not go here, they will do a terrible job.

I just had Laura cut my hair. I'm VERY happy with the cut! She cut it just how I wanted A ND has great conversation! I will definitely be back to see her for my future cuts!!
