My home warranty company scheduled them to fix a sewer clog in Nov, 2016. They called early AM to schedule a time for that day. they ended up being an hour and a half late. They tried to unclog the 4in pipe with a 2in bit on the snake, it didn't unclog anything.
They were supposed to arrange to authorize a camera to put down the pipe. They never called back after several messages so it never happened.
I ended up calling Roto- Rooter, they came out within a 3 hours and fixed the issue, camera was included free.
Don't waste your time & money with this Mickey Mouse company!
