The UPS guy goes to the wrong address, therefore my package was refused. He goes to the wrong address again and the package is refused a 2nd time so now it's being sent back to sender! I call the UPS 1-800 number 4 times! They keep saying I'll get a call back from the local UPS in Austin and that my package hasn't moved its ok. Waited until the next day, still no call. So i call them back. This time they say my package is being shipped back because I refused it! Why would I refuse a package I ordered?!? So now I have to call the sender to see what to do about my package being shipped back! I wish I could talk directly to the UPS delivery guy myself! And the local UPS doesnt even have their own number or I would've called them myself! Their service is the worst!

I received a postcard in the mail saying that the package that I had been waiting on was at this store and I had ONE DAY to pick it up before it was sent back to the return address. Shortly after I read this card I received a phone call from the sender saying that this store sent my package to an address that they literally found by searching for my name. My package was delivered to some one else instead of being sent to the return address and now no one can do anything about it. My personal belongings are gone because the people at this business are too incompetent to do their job. I am suing ups.

I called on Saturday, frustrared because I had a small package , valued at a thousand dollars, that required I directly into the hands of a UPS carrier. The person on the phone was awesome! He gave me directions , and the hours of operation. I arrived at 10:30 am. There was one other customer there ,and one that came in behind me. As I was being helped, another employee came out to help the other person. No waiting and pleasant service. Thanks UPS customer service center, Austin!

Seems to be a pattern with this place. Told me they were open till a certain time. Show up to locked gates, and not a soul could care. To top it off that they always deliver very late in the day to my place. Yet today they were way early (doubt it) and didnt even leave a tag on the door to sign. So that I may receive my package. No I am forced to wait 2 extra days to get my package or waste my whole lunch hour driving to pick it up. Fed ex is always early. Never had a single problem with them. This place garbage.

No one to answer the phone. Completely inconsiderate. A family member left their medication in east texas. It took 4 days to deliver the medicine even though it was physically in austin the next day. No one would answer the phone. The national call center said they could not reach them, although that was lie, because the previous night they did. If your package is received on thursday and not "sorted" for any reason it will not be available until monday or tuesday. Despicable customer service. I suggest fex ex.
