Provided by YP.comI had a great sales and purchase experience with Nate Pierre and rest of the folks at Town North Nissan. He was honest and didn't apply any unnecessary pressure, just educated me on the options and advantages for each model. I would highly recommend working with Nate on your visit...

Provided by YP.comWonderful expeeience with this dealership. I really hate buying a car for the most part. This time it was exciting. Our salesman Ben Beasley was very knowledgable about the options and how it all works. He found just the right car and got us a really great deal on it too. Highly rexommend this dealership and it's staff.

Provided by YP.comDo not even THINK about buying a used car from these shysters!
Purchased a 2006 Nissan Murano from them in April, 2014. Were assured by their staff that the vehicle was roadworthy but bought a separate extended warranty anyway, just in case. September 2014, the engine started making loud banging noises so took it in for service. Turns out, 3 of the engine mounts are broken off, both front struts, mounts, bearings and boots are worn, and the camshaft sensor is jacked up. And of course, the extended warranty that we purchased didn't apply to any of the work required. Quoted us a cost of $4500 to repair.
Left a message for the Used Sales manager, Joel Alvarez, on September 5, but he never returned our call.
We've ended up taking the vehicle to an independent mechanic for repair. After seeing how Town North conducts the sales side of their business, there's no way we'd allow them to perform the necessary repairs.
Save yourself a lot of time and trouble - just don't engage with them. In our opinion, they are disturbingly dishonest.

Provided by YP.comI went to dealership to buy a new car after getting a online quote; I talked to a sales consultant called Kevin Ranft who likes to make silly jokes... I was really considering to close the deal but I mentioned to him that I'd like first to stop by at Round Rock Nissan to get another quote... he suddenly changed his attitude... he said that they were all part of the same parent company and that he wouldn't fight for my business because he would try to offer me another $100 just to sell me a car. Good advice! I decided to not go to Round Rock Nissan; got a online quote from San Marcos Nissan and went the next day to buy the car; got a much better deal and much better service than North Town Nissan!

Provided by SuperpagesEverything went smoothly from the phone call to Eric Sperling to the phone call from him telling me it was ready. And all was done in less than a half a day. Brake Job front and back... oil change and tire rotation There must have been extra mechanics on my vehicle or maybe Eric must have helped them out. Thanks

Provided by YP.comThe service advisor was very helpful and courteous. However, one of the cashiers was kind of rude and talked back a lot to the service advisor. It made things a little awkward.

Provided by SuperpagesI am a proud owner of a 2009 maxima, I have had this and my 2005 maxima serviced at Town North Nissan for years. I recently needed a brake job on my 2009 so i took it in to Town North when i received my car back my brakes were squealing really loud, the service manager Austin told me to stomp on my brakes to make the sound stop (ridiculous) me being a nice person I tried it and it did not work. Long story short I've taken my car back a couple of times for this same matter and Austin the service manager tells me the same thing to continue to slam on the brakes to make the noise stop. This is a $40,000 car there is no way i should have to stomp on my brakes HARD each time to stop this embarising noise. I am truly upset with this treatment, it seems to me that nissan would just take the vehicle in and remedy the problem to keep it's customers. Sincerely Mr. Johnson

Provided by YP.comWe live in south Austin and it would have been more convenient for us to go to Southpoint Nissan...but after our last Town North Nissan purchase in 2005 we were very satisfied with your service and decided to do business with you again.
