I have lived at the zone for two years and I worked in the office for several months before quitting. I would not recommend living at the zone or the edge to anyone unless the only other option is living on the street. The improvements that the complex made are only external, the furniture is gross and outdated, and the management of the property sucks. The staff couldn't care less about its residents as long as they are paying rent on time. Maintenance requests take a stupid amount of time. It took almost a year for my counters to get replaced. I have constant issues with mold. Management comes up with horrible excuses as to why it takes so long for requests to be taken care of. Here's a thought, if your excuse is its a bog property then hire enough people to manage it effectively. Also, it's supposed to be a gated community but the gates haven't worked for two years and management is too cheap to have them fixed. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
