Provided by YP.comThe night I was there the bouncers punched a girl in the face, another stranger got sucker punched just for asking why they hit the girl for no reason. Later in the night I saw five bouncers beat up one of the guys in my group just because he asked for them to find his phone he lost. They obviously used excessive force. The cops were called and the only statement they took was from the steroid monkey bouncer who was doing all the sucker punches. They get paid by the bars for extra security. I feel the Austin police are to blame as much as the bar itself. It was packed and the service was horrible. If your thinking of going here bring a lawyer and a flask.

It took FOREVER to get someone to wait on us. After someone did, she was slow to return and continued to confuse our credit cards. I got my bill and with tip it totaled $19... today I look online and they put in a charge to my bank for $40! I tried to call someone and instead the phone just rings until it goes to what is a fax line. I will NEVER go back again.
Dear Not_Steph, First, I am sorry the service was poor on the night you came in.. We had just opened a week or so before you came in and our register systems were difficult for some to get used to. If it means anything to you I would like to buy you a round or two to make up for your last visit. Second, the $40 charge that appeared on your online statement was just a pre-authorization amount.. Did you also notice that it was a pending charge? And, that it charged your account the correct amount after about 2-3 business days. Many bars/resturants do this and it is not considered fraud by any means.. Once again I am sorry for the confusion on your tab and for the poor service you recieved. We are well organized and trained now to better accommodate all of your needs as a patron.
