I asked them to show me the actual apartment that I live. They told the unit is not ready but showed me a dirty apartment telling everything will be ready by my move in date.



I signed the lease took keys. Apartment was as it showed to me dirty carpet, uncleaned bath rooms. Carpet burns, stains all over the carpet. I complained this they came and did some quick work.



property manager said he will come to my home and look all problems, but never come. now they asked me to vacate by paying 2 months rent etc.



before you move in make sure to check your apartment(all bath rooms, carpet stains with lights on, cabinets) before you move in. once you sign lease you are screwed with all fines even if they don't clean.
