They sell grass. That is it. Customer service is horrific. They claim they count sheets of sob but they don't and will make no effort to make it right when they are wrong. Basically one you buy they don't care about you any more. Thereport are other grass suppliers in austin. I would highly recommend that if you want some customer service with your grass that you use someone else.

I recently used The Grass Outlet to order grass. I spoke to Mike on the phone numerous times and he was very informative regarding the different types of grass and their properties. He responded quickly to messages, and was cooperative with my situation when the sprinkler guys didn't show up as scheduled. He moved delivery back as appropriate. The grass was delivered on time and effectively.



Would use this company again!!
