I've been in the process of filing a debt settlement or maybe even chpt. 7. I was advised not to pay anything while paperwork is in progress. The uneducated idiot district manager thinks she knows more than an attorney. Ive been a good customer for several years payments on time etc. Due to family circumstances have fallen behind but not once has anyone ever aske if they could work something out. The graditude for being a good customer. Can't wait to file suit for harrassment.
