I left three pair of pants that needed to be hem on a Saturday and the employee told me that they would be done next Friday. The price was going to be $8 per pair. I thought it was a good price and decided to leave my pants. I went there on Friday to pick them up and they were not ready, she told me to come back the following Tuesday in the morning. I went there around 2:40pm on Tuesday and they did not even start working on my pants. I wasn't very happy but the owner said that she could have them done in an hour. So I went next door and came back at 3:45pm. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to finish. To my surprise, when I had to pay, the owner told me that her employee quoted me the wrong price. So I had to pay 50% more than the price they had originally told me. $36 instead of $24.

If I had known that the price was going to be 50% more and that it would take them so many days to get to my pants, I would have gone somewhere else. I will never go back again. Very unprofessional.
