They deserve 0 stars! Stay away, they are deceptive and untrustworthy! Went in for an alignment, waited for 3 hours in the southpark meadows shopping center, no call, I later called them only to be told that I needed a new tire so could not have my alignment done. Went to the shop to pick up my vehicle and was told by two front office guys that it was done and was charged $80 something dollars. Nothing was done to the vehicle so I went back and was refunded my money! Do Not trust these idiots with your vehicle, they are sketchy con artists who will take your money from under your nose! Not to mention the fact that they kept receiving calls about former complaints, crappy work done on other victim's cars. Stay away

Please do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere near this place.

Please do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere near this place. And if you do, and you happen to meet a guy named "Jason", let him speak first.

My wife took her 2000 Chevy Silverado to Sun Auto a few months ago because the engine was dying while she was driving. Once on MoPac driving 65 mph. They replaced the catalytic converter and the ignition module and charged a little over $1000. Okay, fine.

A few weeks ago she took it over there because they had told her during the previous visit that she had a minor oil leak. Her elderly aunt worries over her and has been insisting that she user her credit card and get it fixed. This time they ran up a bill of over $2,000. Many of these things were not necessary and she has already spent more than the truck is worth.

Well, two weeks ago, the truck died in traffic again. The power steering quits of course and my wife almost had an accident. I told her to call Sun Auto and have them pick it up since we just got it back from them. They kept the vehicle for a week and could not find anything wrong. Saturday, I drove her over there to pick it up. I dropped her off at the front door and then parked and went in to the office. My wife told me they were charging her $65. $50 for the towing and $15 for gas they had put in it.

I asked the "mechanic" named Jason why she was being charged anything since she had just gotten in out of thier shop. He told me to quit talking and let him talk and then it would be my turn. He stated that the problem with it dying was not the reason we had just had it in there. I waited my turn to speak like any good 50 year old man does when he's listening to a man in his 20's that obviously knows everything. When he was finished, I told him that we had had it in thier shop originally less that six months ago BECASUE THE TRUCK WAS DYING WHILE SHE WAS DRIVING IT!

Go somewhere else

I found them to be somewhat deceptive in their conversations and personal dealings with me. Perhaps it's because I am a woman but I will never use them again. I needed to have my car towed from their place of business to Toyota. I called them at 7:15am to release my vehicle to the tow truck company and explained that as soon as I rented a vehicle I would be there to pay them. The store manager told me that would be no problem, they would release the vehicle. At 9:30am, I was on my way to pay them and asked if the tow truck company had picked up my car already. He said they had been there but left but he could not release the vehicle; he didn't know what they wanted and they needed to be paid. I understand the need to be paid for services rendered, but not once did they tell me they couldn't release the vehicle without payment. So now I have to pay extra to have the tow truck company go there again to get my car. Go somewhere else, there are too many quality places to take your vehicle for these people to get your business.
