If there were a no stars option...that is what i would have chosen. I have never been treated with such disrepect!! These people are so rude. Everyone that you talk to is super rude like you are a terrible person. Listen us people of Smart Start...just beacuse we make a mistake and have to use your business for our needs does NOT give you the right to treat people so badly.

I mean these need to understand, you are not someone i have to answer to, so go screw yourself. i am a paying customer, treat me like you want my money. because believe me, THERE ARE OTHER PLACES OUT THERE. you do not have a monopoly on the interlock business, your name is among hundreds. and after reading just a few reviews, looks like ALOT of people hate you. suck to be you guys.
