So excited to discover Simply Pho House in Marble Falls! However I'm also a little wary of getting too attached to really good restaurants in Marble Falls (and hill country) because for some reason they rarely seem to get enough business to stay. Why? Not sure, although there don't seem to be any shortages of fast food joints, bbq and Mexican restaurants. So that may be a hint....
Simply Pho is truly special and a boost for ethnic cuisine choices in the area. I'm hoping the increasing number of enduring and very good Thai restaurants in the area bode well for Simply Pho's future as well. Healthy, fresh, and oh so savory! I'm partial to their pork on rice vermicelli (mixed with loads of fresh greens and peanuts) and practically swallow the bowl! SOOOOO good! If you haven't tried it, DO. And if you are as enthusiastic as I am I hope you will be a regular customer (as I am) in order to keep this gem around for a long time to come. Sits on the east side of the road at the bridge in Marble Falls (in an attractive strip center). Very reasonably priced and generous portions. They also have a bar. Nice, comfortable atmosphere. Wifi too! So come hang out.
