Mark Elsea, the administrator, is one in a million. As a boss, he's the best. Let me give you an example. One time he asked me if I could work a few additional hours to my assigned shift and I said yes. He asked if I needed any coffee or food, offering to go get it for me. Then said he would pay for it. Whatever you need, he can be counted on and that especially applies to his clients. He is very compassionate and caring and always checks in frequently with clients and their assigned home health aides to assure everything is running smoothly for both.
