I needed some new glasses, but my prescription was expired. Conveniently enough Dr. Rouhani was located right next door to Eyemart. I popped in without an appt, filled out a short bit of paperwork, and was quickly taken to an office and greeted by the Dr. Rouhani. He was knowledgable, precise, and respectful. I was in and out with an updated prescription in less than an hour (like 30 min or less). This was the most best optometry/doctor's office experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Rouhani.

I first saw Dr. Rouhani on a whim after driving by his office years ago, and have returned here two more times for his prompt service and pleasant manner. This office has the same modern bells and whistles as the boutique eye care center I went to on a Groupon, but Rouhani still takes his time re-checking the machines' guesses on my prescription and eye health with his own investigation. Did I mention I've been coming back for years? I like 'em!

Stay away! This DR is one that the state paid Chip allows children to see. His office worker is unprofessional as is he.

These people tried to tell me that I needed to pay upfront (so they could double dip and be paid twice). Once home they called and said they were mistaken and to come back.

Then, they prescribed my duaghter a prescription that caused her head to hurt and her eye to cross after wearing for 2 days. (This was a prescription that could only be bought at his office because it was soooo special but he said that most people wear this prescription? And it had a higher price tag that can be found elsewhere)



We asked to be seen again. Upon reexamination, we were treated with disrespect and told they were out of the lenses needed to complete the examination so they would reschedule with us once they had them. That was 3 weeks ago. Every week I call and am told the exact same thing - they will call when they come in. I called yesterday and was told they were in. I made an appointment for this morning. The office called this morning and told me that they were mistaken and the lenses were not in.

Until the DR looks at my daughters eyes when she is wearing these lenses, which are common and can be bought anywhere, the dr cannot write a prescription for my duaghters eyes. I highly doubt that my daughters will receive an eye prescription that will be beneficial for her sight with this DR. In fact, come Monday morning I will file a complaint against this provider.
