I have had different problems with my apartments over the years, but Rainier has always been very prompt(1-2 days) in getting whatever it is fixed.

I went by the office today and met Texie. I was having a really bad day, rushing from work on my lunch break and I didn't have time to view the property I wanted to look at because I had to back at work in the next 20 minutes.

From the minute I was introduced to Texie she was professional, courteous and KIND! She could tell I was having a bad day and made me feel so at ease and offered to take me to see the apartment after I got off work. She is truly a cut above anybody else and you can tell she cares about the people she helps. She made my whole day turn around and now I'm confident the apartment she showed me today is the one I'm going to be moving into.

This was a WOW experience for me. Being in customer service myself, she is my example of how I will treat my customers. I highly recommend going by the main office and visiting Texie!

I picked a Rainier property (Oak Park at 45th and Duval) for my last year of graduate school because it was both a good location and a great deal cost-wise compared to other properties in the area.

Once I moved in (though the bathroom and kitchen are both a bit outdated), I was happy to find that maintenance and management were both attentive to our needs- they filled all of my maintenance requests within 48 hours and helped take care of mail-related things, etc. all in timely manner. It also may seem like a small thing, but they have dumpsters for both trash AND recycling which is something I, personally, care about.

I've enjoyed living in the complex because it's not too loud and the complex on the whole isn't super young so grad students can focus without a lot of partying and loud noises around! I managed to write the bulk of my thesis from the comfort of my own home which I was really grateful for. There is also a lot of guest parking so you can have friends in town for the weekend without any hassle.

The worst thing I found was the my room is INCREDIBLY HOT during summer. They really need to update the A/C system, but my roommate's room is somehow nice and cool so it's something about the circulation to my room specifically.

Overall, a very positive experience.. and after six residences during my time in school this is definitely one of the better managerial relationships I've had. I would stay if I wasn't graduating!

It is difficult to write a review on a company that manages multiple properties and I have only lived at one. So my expreience may be different than others because I dont live at the same property. With that said, I have had a great experience with Rainer Management. I have lived at Abbey Road for about 9 months and I love it. Specifically with the management, all maintenance requests have been taken care of within the same day or next day. I have only had one issue with a request for my AC not cooling. They said everything was working properly but it wasn't. However, after actually speaking with the Maintenance staff, and giving them more details of what I was experience, they knew exactly what to do and it was fixed promptly. I'm sure if I would have given better details to begin with it would have been fixed the first time. The Manager is fantastic. She is super sweet and always in a great mood. You can tell she actually cares about the residents, she will sit and have a conversation with everyone who walks through the door. I have never felt brushed off like I have at other porperties. What I love the most is that they are Austin owned and ran. They give back to the community with fundrasiers and donations. They just seem sencere. If you have a questions about anything, your apartment, your lease, policies, they will give it to you straight and even fess up to mistakes. Everyone is human, even management. I would recommend living at a Rainier Property in a heartbeat. I have had a great time living here and hope to be here for the next few years!

Recently moved in to River Oaks. Regardless of whatever you've read or heard about this management company, Texie is a blessing. She does the work of what seems like 10 employees. She has always been available to answer my millions upon millions of questions, making my move-in process a breeze. I've never met anyone like her in any customer-service related industry. She bends over backwards for you with a smile on her face. If you're going with Rainier Management, ask for her.

I have lived at a Rainier property for just under a year and I have had nothing but a positive experience. They have made some changes to their rules and stuff but in my opinion the place is looking better. These are older apartments but they have done a good job with the upgrades, like my unit has new cabinets and floors. I don't expect everything to be perfect but they are a good deal for the money and in a great location. Anytime I have needed maintenance they usually come the same day. I never really had maintenance respond that fast at the other places I lived. The guys here are great and the office people are nice too.

Worked wth Texie to get my son into his apartment for college and she is amazing. She has been patient and gone above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we had all the information necessary to make the move easier.

This is my first time leasing an apartment in Hyde Park, and I am satisfied with my studio at Oak Park. The rent was affordable, taking the bus was very convenient, and the staff at the office was friendly. Those three factors really influenced my decision to live at one of the Rainier Properties.

One technician in particular, Marcus, did a fantastic job for me last night... In all my years of living here I have never had to use the emergency maintenance line but due to a water leak from the (antique) air conditioner I found myself finally using that service and it's literally the reason that I'm writing a review. I didn't expect much, admittedly, as it was after-hours on a Saturday but Marcus went above and beyond to get my family and I taken care of and the professionalism and genuine courtesy was much appreciated!

I live here for about 3 years and I have no complaints. Actually just complements!!!!
Very quite complex !!!!What I like the most are the wonderful people that work here.

They are always super helpful and friendly especially TEXIE that works in the office. She is a wonderful professional that always help me out with anything that I need.

I just want to say thank you TEXIE !!!! Rainier Management is very lucky to have someone like you !!!!

I love the pool, I love all the plants around the complex, my neighbors are awesome.
