One of their drivers was repossessing a vehicle in the parking lot where I work. They set the vehicle down after it was already hooked up, while it was in Neutral and on an incline..... so of course it starts rolling backwards down the parking lot jumps a curb, hits my brand new 2014 BMW 428i. Then they took off after they re-hitched the vehicle, before Police got there. They came back after the police got there, only because there were 2 drivers (one was left behind in his car- he was in training)

I filed the claim through my insurance so I wouldn't have to wait for it to get repaired, or get reimbursed. I had to pay out of pocket for my deductible, missed time from work, the car rental past the 30 days (parts weren't readily available for my car) It's been over 2 months and their insurance still won't reimburse my insurance. Absolutely ridiculous! They were at fault, they carry insurance, and yet I've had to continually call and email their insurance to be reimbursed because of their Incompetence.

They never answer their phone ...

They never answer their phone and just for their convenience decide that they are going to close early on Fridays so that they can still charge you more storage fees if you can't have your vehicle picked up bythen.
