I had just gotten back into to town after being gone for the holiday weekend and found that my dogs had had several accidents around the house. My carpet is light in color so I was really concerned about getting the stains out. I am also very sensitive to scents so pet odor really bothers me.



Precision was able to come out the same day I called. Walter, my tech did an amazing job. Not only was he friendly, but he worked really hard to get out not only my new stains, but several old ones as well.



Since my last carpet cleaner moved years ago, I have tried out many other carpet service companies over the years. None of them came even close to the service I got today or were are reasonably priced. I definitely have found my new regular company.

We have a jack russell terrier that decided to chew up a section of our carpet one day, back when he was just a pup! My boyfriend and I had tried to patch it our selves using a cut piece from our closet and well ...it didn't look the greatest. A few days ago our patch started to come back up and fray, so we decided to call in the professionals. Now it looks like it never even happened! Should have called them first!

Today we used Precision Carpet for the 2nd time. Max came out and did an awesome job. Its hard to believe that the carpets look new and they are at least 8 years. I wanted to use them again before I recommended to friends ,family, and co-workers. now I will they are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

second time Max from precision cleaned the carpets , I swear they look new each time. My wife called these guys last year and we were so impressed we wanted to try them again. AWESOME is all I can say. I will refer them to all my friends, family, and co-workers.

I own a small business myself and like to use other local/small businesses if I can. I've used these guys a couple of times over the years, and they've never let me down.

We went out of town last weekend and came home late Sunday night to a nightmare. Our hot water heater basically exploded and flooded the entire downstairs of our home. I googled emergency flood service and Precision Carpet Care came up. Even though it was almost midnight, Jason not only answered the phone, but was at our home with 2 vans and 3 employees within the hour. They packed up and moved all our stuff to the garage and started drying. I was shocked how fast they worked and got everything under control. Precision also worked directly with our insurance and made things as easy as it could be. They not only did all our drying, but as of today everything is back to normal! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. I hope this never happens again, but I would refer anyone in my situation to your company.

I came home from work last night to the bathroom, bedroom, hallway and living room sitting in water. I thought at first the rain had flooded, but realized that the toilet had leaked. I had used Precision Carpet Care for a regular carpet cleaning a few months ago, so I called Jason to ask him what to do. They came out within an hour and extracted all the water, pulled back the carpet and pad and set up fans and other drying equipment. They are working directly with my insurance company and so far I haven't had to do anything. I just want to thank Precision for coming out on such short notice and for taking the stress off me!

great local company, real professional team, there prices are the best around. i would recommend them to anybody.

You really cant beat their price. Thats all there is to it.

These guys did a great job, didn't hassle me, and were in and out within an hour. I hate getting my carpet cleaned because of the wet floors, but they left very little water on the carpet so with the fan on, it dried in a few hours.
