A world of disappointment

The pizza was 25 minutes late. We called 5 minutes before arrival and were told that the reason it was taking so long was due to bad weather conditions. It hasn't been raining since last night. We were supposed to receive a free liter of pepsi max and when I asked the delivery man about it he responded that they had run out and would get them in a few days. He never apologized about being late and was a little surely regarding the tip, which was good. Everything tasted alright even though the service was terrible. Clearly it wasn't hot, but you know, the flavor was fine.
