Peace Frog cleaned an old apartment's carpet and laminate flooring. The job was tough due to stains. Ben was friendly and arrived on time. He spent extra time on the stains, walked me through all areas and left booties. This was a terrific experience and we plan to use Oeace Frog again!

I called on a Friday for an appointment. Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday morning as Monday was already full. The technician arrived earlier than I thought he would. Ben introduced himself, gave me his business card, thoroughly explained the cleaning process, and got right to work. The carpets look much better, the dirty spots are gone, and every thing just looks cleaner. I would definitely use Peace Frog again. A neighbor was happy to get cleaning information from Ben as well.

Used them again and still very happy. Always polite and very friendly! The technicians that came today were John R. and Steve. Awesome guys!! We lost our dog this week and there were lots of areas on the carpet needing special treatment due to her inability to make it outside at the end. Carpets are beautiful again and smell great. Also had an area rug cleaned and our grout cleaned. I will continue to use Peace Frog every time I need my carpets & tile done!!

I sent an email request in the evening after business hours, and first thing the very next morning I received a follow-up call from Cameron. Thank you! Peace Frog is, hands-down, the single most professional company I've ever done business with in Austin. Period. Cameron was friendly, efficient, and professional arranging my appointment over the phone, and the awesome James and John G did a bang-up job cleaning out my dryer vents and steam cleaning my couch (I decided to do it on the spot after seeing the free demo Peace Frog offers, and J & J accommodated me). James and John G arrived on time, knew their business, and got the job done in a timely manner while treating both me and my house with the utmost respect. Call these guys! If Peace Frog ever decides to add concrete floor deep cleaning to their menu of services, I'm first in line. Thank you again for your great service.

Our carpet is almost 20 years old, and has stains from pets, spills, traffic, etc...

Still it was time for a good cleaning.



Peace Frog phoned me the morning of the appointment to confirm that I would be here, and John G. arrived a few minutes early.

He was very friendly, courteous, and professional the entire time he was here.



I started with a walk through showing him the worst of the stains and telling him that I did not expect miracles, just a good cleaning.

I also had him add an additional room that was not originally quoted.



He took the changes in stride without any problems, and he did, in fact, perform miracles!



I still cannot believe how much improvement he made to the worst of the badly stained areas of our carpet!



I WILL be using Peace Frog for our carpet cleaning needs from now on, and I'm planning on having them come clean the dryer vent, and mattress as well.



When I call I will specifically ask for John!

Its very obvious that he loves the work he does, and it shows in the finished results!

Peace Frog cleaned two rugs (one Persian) and my pet-stained bedroom carpet. On time, quick and thorough. And pet stains are gone. Price for Persian rug was 1/5 of what I had to pay specialty Persian rug cleaners. Will definitely recommend them and will use them again myself.

Peace Frog did a great job cleaning the grout on my tile floor. They take great care to ensure that their equipment leave no marks, the technician wore booties, used corner and door guards and was very courteous. I would use them again!
