The price quotes for repair are always on track with dealer pricing, often more! I recently had my vehicle here to check on an issue. They wanted $98 to diagnose the problem, then another $400 to fix the problem. Needles to say, the BMW dealership quoted me less on this repair. Took the car to BMW, all to find out that wasn't even the problem!! Good thing I didn't hand my hard earned cash over to Pampered Auto!!!!



Another thing I didn't particularly appreciate, was that I had a coupon for $20 off of $100. I figured I would ask if I could use this coupon (especially since they didn't even do any repairs for me) The lady, Amela, said NO. My bill was over $100, and she still wouldn't accept this coupon. RIDICULOUS. Especially since the issue was MISDIAGNOSED!!!! I tried to speak to the owner of the shop, but I got the line "He is out of the country, and we don't know when he will be back."

They like to save you money through smart preventive care.



Respectful. Honest. Edin and Amela are so passionate about automotive work, they'll educate you on paper (draw a diagram, write a list of the parts in question on a legal pad) and then point out the actual parts in your car, show you an old part and a new one, explain how the pieces work or why the fluid needs to be replaced and in what time frame. They even helped me get compensation from a different auto repair place that had used an incorrect bolt on one of my struts.



They stand behind their work with old-fashioned ethics & integrity. You'll feel like you have dear friends or family members working on your car, who really care. They work on transmissions and did my 100K mile tuneup. They also do jobs as small as an oil change, but it's the kind of oil change where they check your alignment & tire pressure & fluid levels and inform you if anything needs attention.



They're kind & humane. They'll offer help with logistics, like taking you to work or driving your second vehicle to wherever you need it.

I'm Italian and I find the car loaner program very useful. The mechanich are also good. =)

I have taken my two Mercedes there for about four years now for all my service needs. They have always fixed what what I asked them to fix, without pushing additional work and with no residual problems. The Mercedes stealership has always returned my cars with unfinished work or additional problems I had not noticed. This has never happened to me at Pampered. The rates for labor are the best I have found (yes, I continue to check around just in case). They have even stayed open late, just for me to run across town and get a part without which my other car would have been stranded. I highly recommend these guys. Ed and the guys will explain exactly what you need and why.

I took my car in 3 times and still not fixed
