I have never been a Texas native plant fan until I stopped in at MBP Nursery. Staff were very knowledgable and it was evident that everyone truly enjoyed their jobs. Now I have an updated garden with cacti that has flowers coming out of them and I didn't even have to do anything! So happy and excited to see what the rest of my plants have in store this season.

I drive by every day and finally stopped in. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by a very helpful lady. I think her name was Tiffany. I showed her some pictures of a few areas on my phone and from there we selected some VERY drought tolerant plants. I now have planted them and am very pleased with the quality of the plants. Especially the cactus! See you guys soon!

I would give zero star for this one. Kerry from MBP nursary came to our house to take a look at our yard (in march) and give an estimation for the landscape for 2 small areas in the front yard. He said he would get back to me in 3-4 business days. I waited 2 weeks, he didnt call. I called back and everytime he said " He is working on it". Once he said he did not have my email and so he didnt mail me estimate. I gave him my email ID again, I had given him when he came to inpect the yard the first time and wait again, Nothing happened. I called the owner Michael and he said he would check with him. after several back and forth with him i finally told them to refund the money. Micheael said all he needs is my email ID to send the estimate. I told him I am giving it the third time. Anyways, i finally got a document in mid-may with some plant names and the cost. Kerry had told me that he would do a drawing so I would know which plant to plant where. I didnt get any. What is the use of the names of plants if i dont know where exactly they go? I called michael the owner again, and told him. He said he would ask him to draw a 'rough' sketch and give it to me by friday. Guess what? It didnt arrive. Just today I told them refund my money as I am very disappointed as it is been 3 months I have been with them on phone, they dont call me with updates. This time michael was rude and said he also has worked with me over the past 3 months. I told him, if he had done his job well, there was no need for him to work with me. He said they dont give refunds and blah blah. I hung up and let my money go. Beware!!

A week before Mother's Day I w...

A week before Mother's Day I was assured that a beautiful plant would be delivered to my Mother-in-law the day before Mother's day. (we live out of town) Well the day AFTER Mother's Day the nursery called and said the plant had NOT been delivered, that they would get it there that day and "Gee , sorry but we don't give refunds and you've already been charged for it including the $25 delivery fee" Well, the plant finally got to my mother in law TWO DAYS AFTER Mother's Day and I was told "Like I said we don't give refunds"!!!!!!!!!
