Provided by YP.comI went to Max's when it first opened was was lucky enough to get to sample many things on the menu. Stand outs for me are the short ribs (the glaze is amazing), and the fried egg sandwich, which has truffle oil in it two ways! My next trip will be for happy hour, which I understand they have great deals on some of their most popular menu items. A great place for foodies and wino's alike!
