Diana is completely unprofessional. She is always late (up to 2-3 hours) and many times doesn't even show up. She sometimes doesn't call when she doesn't show up and I have to contact her. She breaks promises and doesn't call back when she misses her commitments. I recommend Shannon's cleaning service instead. They work with their customers and keeps their commitments. They accommodate their customers instead of expecting their customers to accommodate them. Their rates are just as good as Diana's and the service is so much better.

Diane and her crew do the best cleaning I have ever found and I have had cleaning people for 20 years. They are reasonable in rates and great to work with even when I have to cancel on the day they are suppose to clean. I would highly recommend them.
