In preparation for a house selling I had an estimate done for any roof repairs that would be needed to help pass an inspection. I got an estimate for sealing, shingles, and painting and it was done a few days later. I was initially suspicious since the work only took 15 minutes and then they left. The inspection was done and they stated that sealing and shingle work needs to be done. I tried to call M & M and see what's going on, didn't get an answer, left a message, no return call.



Very shady, not doing the work quoted, not returning calls - stay away!

M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows carefully appraised the siding repair job and submitted a quote. “Too high” I said so, based upon their detailed job costing we were able to reduce the cost of materials and agree on a final price. Arriving on time, the quality of their workmanship was excellent as was the extent of their leak testing and subsequent “all-work guarantee”

M&M Roofing Siding & Windows repaired the vinyl siding on a small portion at the back of my house within the past two months they had also repaired my fascia. The technician that did the work was really good. He was very skilled and did a good job. He replaced some rotten boards on the window sill, which I didn’t know were rotten. The salesman, Audie, who came to give me a bid was very pleasant to work with. After the job was finished, they called me to know if I was satisfied with the work. It was a very nice follow-up after the job.

I just had my roof replaced by M&M Roofing. I worked with Audie Brower throughout the whole project from start to finish. He answered all my questions and put my nerves at ease. I have already recommended him to a few of my friends. Thanks M&M Roofing for such a wonderful looking roof.

I found M&M Roofing and Siding company by looking on-line, checking Angie's List and the BBB. All had positive comments, so we decided to go with this company. It was the best decision we ever made. The project manager, Audie, was very professional and easy to negotiate with and the crew was amazing. Renato and his team removed the old siding and put on the new and did an outstanding job. They even cleaned up some additional debris from the fire and washed the existing roofing trim that was not replaced. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to our friends and family.

M&M purged all of my horrible siding, anything that was made of wood, and removed all windows and installed new hardie siding and energy efficient windows to the house. I was very pleased and gratified with the results. The workers were all pleasant and hard working. They cleaned up everyday behind themselves and never left my property unkempt. Pricing was very competitive. The company started the job earlier than promised and worked through until it was completed.

Our house was in need of new siding (it was rotting and starting to cause water damage inside the house) and windows (we had 1970’s single pane) and doors. After getting a couple estimates we went with M & M Roofing and Siding as they gave a reasonable and comprehensive estimate, were knowledgeable and attentive (Audie Brower) without being overbearing and they did not subcontract their work. The crew that worked on our house was hard working, attentive to details and tidy. While work was being done to the house, the contractor, Audie Brower, alerted us to hail damage on our roof. We called our insurance company and M & M was able to work with us; we got our roof replaced and did not have any out of pocket expenses (all covered by insurance). We definitely recommend M & M for siding and roofing projects and we’ll be contacting them when we are ready to have painting and drywall work done inside our house.

I needed a new roof and I called M & M Roofing. I had called several roofers, but went with M & M roofers because they were the only one's to come out to see my roof, but also to sit down and talk with me and tell me what all my options were. Audie Brower never once talked down to me like other roofers did. His concern was to make sure I was happy, and understood what I was getting, and made me feel confident with the process. He worked with my insurance guy, so I didn't have to worry about it. He set a date, and the crew came out when promised and finished it in one day. They cleaned everything up. It was like they weren't even there. The job they did on the roof was perfect. No call back needed. Audie was alway's a phone call away if I had any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to call them again if I need repairs in the future.

M&M tore off our old siding, repaired water damage, and installed new siding and gutters to the house. I was very pleased with the results. The workers were all pleasant and hard working, and the supervisor was knowledgeable and a strong problem solver. Pricing was highly competitive. The workers were skilled, and there was clear pride in the work done. There was an effort to do each aspect of the job the right way, even if it took a bit more time. The company started the job as promised and worked through until it was completed, even coming out on weekends to move the project along. The workers were respectful, careful not to disrupt the homeowners' lives, and left the place clean at the end of each stage of the project and when they were finished. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

After the last cold front the blew into Austin, i awoke to a yard full of shingles that had blown off my roof. After searching the internet on roofers, i settled with M&M roofing. They quickly came to the house and looked over the damage. Working with Audie was a pleasure and he always took our job seriously and with urgency. M&M worked along with my Home Insurance to make sure I was receiving all the coverage that was coming to me and to keep the Insurance agency honest. The work was done in just one day and they cleaned the yard like they were never there. The new roof looks amazing, my neighbors are green with jealousy. I know that M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows is an genuinely honest and reliable company. I have known the employees and the owner for a number of years and know they are reliable and will stand behind the work they do. You can count on them to do what they promise to do.

M&M just finished installing radiant barrier, hardiplank and new windowsat our home. We are very pleased with the work that was done. We interviewed 4 other companies and are really glad we choose M&M. The work was professionally done and time lines were on track. There were no hidden surprises and the final cost was right in line with our estimate. At the conclusion of the job there were a few really minor things that needed to be corrected. Corrections were made quickly and without a problem. Our sales person was very honest and very much in tune with our needs. The workmen were courteous and very respectful of areas of our property that they had to work around (i.e. flower beds, pergola, etc.). This is a company with integrity that uses great materials and does fantastic work.

After we suffered severe damage to our roof after a hail storm, M&M Roofing provided excellent customer service in getting our new roof installed. Their work was timely & professional, they helped us in dealing with the insurance estimator & insurance company, and they offered an array of products so that we could get the best value for our money. We intend to use them again when it's time to replace the siding.

Our salesman, Mr. Dan Trevino, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He worked help us get the roof (and skylight) we wanted for the money we had available.



The workers on the job were excellent. Also very courteous and contientious. I would recommend them to my best friends with no worries.

M & M did an excellent job on our new roof. They are very professional and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. They completed our roof in one day and it looks fantastic! Eric Henderson is one of the nicest guys to work with and exhibited the utmost professionalism. We will use them again when we replace our windows. They delivered the materials and completed the job exactly when they indicated that they would----at the price we were quoted! They definitely exceeded our expectations.

Gary Loyd handled my new metal roof. The job did not go perfectly smoothly, but Gary was very proactive in identifying and correcting issues as they occurred. After I had paid for the job, he was instrumental in bringing back the gutter company to correct an issue. That is the way things are supposed to be. At no time through the process did I have to ask twice or insist on anything. Gary was very consistent. I can't give a better recommendation than that.
