I Should Have Gone to my Regular ENT Doctor

Good--nice facilities: parking garage, waiting room, receptionists and nurses!
No waiting, very quick and on time.

Bad--
He couldn't come up with a diagnosis and didn't even feign interest in giving me some explanation (I have a swollen ear and gland).

Ugly--
