Terrible Customer Service!!!!

My bike was towed to this location for $85...then "look" at for another $30...then told a week later that the bike was going to be over $550 to fix. After, I asked why did it take so long to find out & what exactly was the part(so I could research the price myself)...Ken was irate with my questions...HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! This is totally uncalled for. Now he is holding my bike hostage til I pay the tow/look at fee.
Keep in mind that he had the bike over a week before ever even looking at it. After several calls he finally gave me this "quote" today!
I very well know that he never actually took the time to look my bike over. He ended the 2nd call by telling me that he was not going to work on it at all now! So, my bike is stuck.
I would advise everyone to stay away from this crook!

The two remarks from "Webb" are from Mike Webb and his sister. The first one is from Mike's sister. I did tell her that I would only deal with Mike the customer. They were trying to tag team me and I refused to play there little game. I would also like to say that Mike called the tow company, not me. Mike did not have the money to pay for the tow and called me and ask if I would pay for tow until he got paid on Friday. I wish these folks would at least tell the truth if they are going to slam me. The bike is a Chinese made Lifan motorcycle and parts and prices are not readily available. This was Mikes only mode of transportation. I tried as quickly as possible to help, but obviously this was not enough for them. Mike ended up sticking me for the tow and the very minimum check out fee of $30.00. He had wrecked the Scooter and it needed extensive repairs. Ken Bishop, Owner

I sold this business in Septem...

The business that has the complaint was actually Jollyville Motorcycle and not Jollyville Garage, I sold the Motorcycle business in September 2010 and retired. Thanks to all the great customers. Ken
