Although I was surprised by them being punctual, I did not like his billing policy. When I called to find out how much he charged, he told me the rate per hour. But once they finished with the job and I got the invoice for the service, he had failed to inform me of the travel time charge. I was charged an additional 30 min for the travel fee. Obviously their starting point for travel time was not from their office, which is a mile away from my place. I was late getting to my place for the appointment, and he started billing me from the time of my set appointment to when I got there. (So do we get to start deducting billing time for when repair guys make us wait?) Then I was informed at that point that they charge for each electrician that shows up to your appointment, which I had two people...one to actually look at my light fixture and one to hold the ladder and hand him screwdrivers. But these were all things that would have been nice to have known BEFORE I scheduled an appointment. So beware if you use them, they may add on charges that you were not aware of beforehand.
