AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! If you're a single female, this is the last dealership you should ever visit! The first thing the sales person Rex asked me was, "Are you here to buy the car, because I'm really busy." Rex told me almost nothing about the Civic EX on my test drive, just that it was "award winning" and it wasn't even waiting almost 2 hours from the test drive to FINALLY being presented with lease figures (thank God I had a book with me!) that was the worst of my experience. They presented me with the highest numbers of any of the dealerships that had emailed me pricing, and when I told him that I was going to need better monthly payments, he came back from speaking with his managers and told me, "You need to either pick an LX, this is the best pricing you're going to get, or you just can't have the civic." Needless to say I walked out completely insulted that they wouldn't even negotiate a single dollar off the highest price. I bought the car the next day First Texas Honda for a good deal.

ASK FOR MICHAEL FORMAN if you are purchasing a new Honda. He actually made the process of buying my new Honda 2017 CR-V fun......not stressful. Very informative, very helpful and I highly recommend him.

Howdy Honda in Austin demonstrated the worst customer service. The sales person acted as if he was doing me a favor by showing me a car. He also made it clear that he had already sold 21 cars that day and that he was not willing to negotiate at all. Even after that, I came in three days later to actually purchase the car (because I thought maybe he was just tired or having a bad day). However, when he saw me, he acted rude to me again, and immediately informed me that the dealership was closing in one hour no matter what, and that his nephew would assist me and that his nephew was leaving in one hour also. I asked his nephew if that was his normal mannerism or should I go to Round Rock to purchase my car, and he replied, “That’s always an option.” That was it! I left, and the next morning I purchased a car from a well-mannered and friendly sales person at First Texas Honda.
