A lot of problems with this business.


While the hair stylists are trained to cut natural hair, they are not trained to properly service hair systems

When hair techs cut it a new ordered system they do not cut it in per your personal template, they disregard subtle recession curves and just cut a generic oval shape

Contract is required, and the contract is skewed to keep you totally dependent to keep using them. For example, a deposit and monthly payment provides reoccurring hair systems, but you must surrender the contract states that you must surrender previous system in order to get a new system. Why?? You already paid for the old system!! This is an attempt by the company to keep you dependent on them.

Hair stylists, although trained to cut real growing hair, are not trained to handle hair systems specifically. Hair stylists are generally young kids who don't know what they are doing, and who do not want to be told by YOU how to work on your system.

Store manager is young and inexperienced, and completely unable to handle issues.

There are better local alternatives since this large corporation more or less popularized the business.

Look for small local businesses, better service, no skewed contracts, same exact systems (avoid Freestyle though)
