I went to this place of business during my lunch hour to get my hair cut. My hair is long and thick. The lady who cut my hair at this place of business cut my hair uneven. My left side of my hair is shorter than my right side. This was done even though I spent the extra money to have it washed and conditioned because I knew it would be difficult to cut without it. When my hair dried I noticed that it was uneven when I called the place of business back to ask them to refund my money so I could go else where and get my hair fixed they refused. They said they do not do refunds but the person who cut my hair would fix it. I told the manager (Peking) that I would never allow that to happen. I was very upset and they would not give me any monies back. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a good haircut.
