DO NOT USE THEM ...This place is horrible ,Went in for a simple car wash waited 1.5 for my car to be done and the job they did was so bad i had to get it done again by some one else . Top it off they scratched my car when they were drying it and tried to play it off as it was all ready there when i witness the whole indecent .I will NEVER go back there again .

that place is falling apart.,the two change machines outside were not working,two out of six stalls were not working, trash cans were overflowing.the manager was uncaring and rude he had just started 3 days ago.he'd gotten there about 6 a.m.it was about 4:30 p.m. When I got there.will not be returning there .

This is the only full service car wash in the 183/Mopac area worth going to. I have been going there for over a decade with coupons out of the smart mailer envelope or printed off line or a coupon from the sunday paper. With the coupon it currently is $10.00, they do a great job which includes vacuuming, washing, drying exterior and cleaning windows inside and outside. If you time it right, you can be in and out in 20 to 30 minutes, just depends on what time and day you go. If the window is not completely clean, then I point out the spot that needs to be cleaned and they clean it no problem. I will be going back and I have taken 7 different vehicles there including my large suburban and they do a good job!

If you would like to spend $20+, wait an hour and drive away with a dirty vehicle, then this is the place to go.

I have taken my car there three times with a Groupon. For 80$ all they gave me was a wash, vacuum, tires treated and the windows cleaned. They didn't clean the windows very well and only vacuumed the front part of the car. I will not be going back and they try to charge for items listed on the Groupon.

I went to and was highly disappointed by The Arbor Car Wash. When I logged onto the yellow pages site and found The reviews listed there, I also found several recomendations for Genie. I'll try them next time. Thanks Yellow Pages.
