April, and Eyes of Texas Properties are incredibly responsive to any of our needs as tenants. My roommate and I have rented here for close to a decade, and we have been extremely pleased with our landlords the entire time. They have always been very helpful, and quick to act if any problems arise.

Eyes of Texas Properties is one of the best, and most established property management companies you will find in the growing Austin market!

My wife and I have been renting a house in Hyde Park through Eyes of Texas Properties for three years now, and it's been a delightful experience through and through. When we first became interested in the property, they answered any and all questions we had, and made sure the process went a smoothly as possible. Whenever there's been a problem, they've been quick and responsive in resolving it.



April, Tara, and Alex are incredibly friendly. They are easy to get in contact with, and seem eager to help wherever they can. Having lived in Austin for 8 years now, I've leased through many property management companies. Eyes of Texas Properties has definitely been the best. NEVER, ever, rent from these people. First of all, they're a terrible agency. They are very rude, and will try to get as much money off you as possible. A few months ago, there was an intruder in my fourplex. A man entered the apartment of one of my former neighbors (she moved out soon after), and was standing in the bathroom watching her shower. Luckily, her boyfriend came home from work while this was all happening and chased the man out of their apartment and down the street. Not only did Eyes of Texas Properties fail to explain all of this to the other tenants in the building, they also failed to mention to any of us that a similar incident had occured 2 years earlier on the exact same property. To top it all of, they told me that I would have to pay for safety modifications on the building MYSELF.
