We are very pleased with the quality and service Emerald Pools provided in the planning and construction of our pool and outdoor kitchen. The owner, Cliff Bechtold, was on top of every aspect of the design and constuction process from start to finish and communicated with us explicitly through each phase. He was easy to work with and really cared that we received exactly what we wanted. The entire job was completed within the time promised (70 days). We have been enjoying our pool and kitchen and if any issue or question arises, Cliff immediately responds (after the sale) and provides the service necessarily required. My picky husband and I searched for a pool builder for over 3 months. we were doing a total make over of our backyard and after firing our project manager, I took over the task of coordinating all the work that had to be done and began looking for contractors myself. We interviewed 3 different builders and among those Emerald pools, and it's owner Cliff, really got out attention. Although his bid was not the cheapest quote we got, we decided to give him the job. Cliff was very meticulous and sincere from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward that we felt comfortable with him. He also had no problem giving us references to see his work and judge for ourselves. After hiring him, he promised that he will finish the job in 4 to 6 weeks. I was happily surprised when he finished the job in a little over 3 weeks. His crew, by far were the most organized, on time and neat workers we had for our entire project. We highly recommend him and we love the pool he build us.
