My wife and I, after getting married, decided it was time to build our own home. We were tired of settling on buying a pre-owned home that was designed by somebody else. We decided to interview some local builders and see how much it cost. The first few builders we interviewed kind of scared us away from it: the cost was just too high to handle. Then we met Todd Dearth. My wife was captivated by his passion and vision, and after only talking to him for ten minutes, we knew this was the guy we wanted. And he delivered! He has a unique approach to designing a custom home, an approach that gave us control of how we wanted the house to look. He is a true artist and craftsman- he was able deliver an amazingly beautiful house in a very short time frame, and the kicker was- it cost a fraction of what the other contractors wanted! The house was built just for us, it serves our needs, and is the talk of the neighborhood. We are so glad we chose Dearth!
